We repair then test transponder on our decoder. Turn around time 5 working days.
We guarantee the transponder for 6 months after we have serviced it.
If your Transponder is not repairable we will refund your money (minus P&P) and return it to you.
How it works:
First purchase the service.
Then post your transponder to us with a copy of the PayPal payment or a note of the PayPal reference.

NOTE FOR NON-UK CUSTOMERS - your defective transponder does not have any value. If you put a value of a new replacement on the customs label we will be invoiced for UK
import duty, which is about £50. I will reject the bill and the transponder will be returned to you which will take several weeks. Therefore please remember a defective transponder has very little (under £5) value and fill in the customs form appropriately.
NOTE: when we return your transponder it can only be insured for the cost of repair, not the value of a replacement transponder.
