Then post both Lasers to us with your contact details. Please post both even if only one is defective. We use the functioning one to calibrate against and we will check the calibration.

If the magnets are damaged & need replacing it will be an additional £25/per LASER
NON-UK CUSTOMERS- your defective Laser does not have any value. If you put the value of a new replacement on the customs label we will be invoiced for UK
import duty, which is about £50. I will reject the bill and the LASERs will be returned to you. This will take several weeks. Therefore please remember a defective Laser has very little (under £5) value and fill in the customs form appropriately.
