We guarantee the repair for 6 months after we have serviced it.

Currently we successfully repair over 95% of transponders. If your Transponder is not repairable we will refund you (minus P&P).

NOTE FOR NON-UK CUSTOMERS - your defective transponder does not have any value. If you put a value of a new replacement on the customs label we will be invoiced for UK import duty, which is about £50. I will reject the bill and the transponder will be returned to you which will take several weeks. Therefore please remember a defective transponder has very little (under £5) value and fill in the customs form appropriately.

NOTE: when we return your transponder it can only be insured for the cost of repair, not the value of a replacement transponder.
