We repair then test transponder on our decoder. Turn around time 5 working days.
We guarantee the transponder for 6 months after we have serviced it.
If your Transponder is not repairable we will refund your money (minus P&P) and return it to you.
To use our service

We advise you use recorded mail.
NOTE FOR NON-EC CUSTOMERS- your defective transponder does not have any value. If you put a value of a new replacement on the customs label I will be invoiced for UK
import duty, which is about £50. I will reject the bill and the transponder will be returned to you - this will take several weeks.
Therefore please remember a defective transponder has very little (under £5) value and fill in the customs form appropriately.
