Battery replacement
NOTE: staff holidays from 20th April to mid May will effect turnaround times.
If your MyLaps FLEX transponder no longer charges the battery may need replacing.
This is a battery replacement service only. We do not test the transponder and do not give any guarantee the transponder will function correctly with a new battery. We do not offer a refund if the new battery does not fix the problem with your transponder.
We recommend you check if your transponder is within subscription before sending it.
To use our service
first pay, using the “ Buy It Now ” button.
Then post your transponder to us with a copy of the PayPal payment, or a note of the PayPal reference.

NOTE FOR NON-EC CUSTOMERS- your defective transponder does not have any value. If you put a value of a new replacement on the customs label I will be invoiced for
Therefore please remember a defective transponder has very little (under £5) value and fill in the customs form appropriately.
NOTE- when we return your transponder it can only be insured for the cost of repair, not the value of a replacement transponder.
