NOTE: staff holidays from 20th April to mid May will effect turnaround times.

Serviced and tested by an Electronic Engineer.

We repair & test your transponder (not Flex white bottom, X2, DP (wired) or TAG - please see our other sales for these).

Turn around time within 10 working days.

The transponder will operate for at least 4 days on a single charge.

We guarantee the repair for 6 months after we have serviced it.

Currently we successfully repair over 95% of transponders. If your Transponder is not repairable we will refund your money.

NOTE FOR NON-UK CUSTOMERS- your defective transponder does not have any value. If you put a value of a new replacement on the customs label I will be invoiced for UK import duty, which is about £50. I will reject the bill and the transponder will be returned to you - this will take several weeks.

Therefore please remember a defective transponder has very little (under £5) value and fill in the customs form appropriately.
