Short lead (40cm) so the connector can be easily disconnected to make engine removal quicker. This is compatible with the original Alfano patch lead.

This works with all Alfanos that use the plastic screw connectors, as shown in photo. Including Alfano 6, PRO III 3 EVO, ADM

This will fit all karts that use a 10mm fine or 1/8 NPT thread sizes, this includes Rotax, X30, KF1, KF2, KF3, KGP, ICC and karts that the sensor screws into the tee piece in the radiator hose.

Installation Notes – The sensor has a tapered thread designed to fit in 10mm fine used as standard in karts. The thread is “self sealing” and will not screw all the way in.
Screw the sensor into its housing finger tight. Ensure the wire is not being twisted. Then tighten the sensor another 2 to 5 turns until it feels firm. Run the engine and check for a leak. If there is tighten another ½ turn.

A little PTFE tape can also help if needed.
DO NOT over tighten!
